Appearance

Mërna is a exceptionally handsome man by most Treahni standards, with short cropped brown hair, and a trimmed beard just showing a bit of salt and pepper. He has bright green eyes, and well formed nose and cheeks. He dresses in typical Layor garb of a rabbuc tunic and leggings, embellished with beadwork of purple, red, and orange. Often seen with a satchel full of parchment, maps, and other supplies of his mundane trade, he walks with a staff that doubles as a mount for a cross staff.

Personality

Mërna is a somewhat selfish man, who knows that he can use his looks to manipulate people. Beneath this shallow exterior is a man with a deep contemplative nature. Mërna is inquisitive and engages in philosophical debates with anyone he deems equally capable.

History

Mërna is the third son of a cartographer. He travelled at his father's side learning the trade and assisting with mapping the places they visited. During one such outing he was noticed using his talent for healing by a sorcerer who arranged with his Mërna's father to take in the lad and train him in the esoteric arts. When he was released as a journeyman Mërna returned to the land of his birth and continued the family trade, while further developing his sorcerous abilities.

Sorcery

Mërna is a master sorcerer specialized in the element of Spirit, secondarily attuned to Air, and Tertiarily to Fire. Mërna joined the Circle of Frost after being invited by Fësova, who had been observing him for some time.
