- The Circle of Frost is a small group of mages who live amongst the Layor. They formed a local chantry, under the same name, out of a need for mutual protection and self-interest.

- The Circle of Frost is a young cabal, having only come together in 396 YG. They have established a base of operations in the well situated Layor fief of Dhukys. Fësova is a cousin of the current Ëchëna, Ükrosh, and has attained his blessing to maintain a secret chantry within the village, in exchange for their support in times of need. The arrangement suits both parties but no major interventions have been required as of yet.
