- The Niabtikez - Red Sashes - are a extensive network of smugglers, fences, and street criminals operating out of the Northern Waejiran towns of Aerimtiuctikadur, Eridriapadur, Ekiawbracadur, and Meladur.

- The Niabtikez were amalgamated from smaller groups of criminals operating independently in each town. Maia Kezo took control of each town's gangs through a combination of charismatic leadership, force, and guile. Once she had secured control she revealed the extent of her empire to her lieutenants in each town, and began coordinating a more efficient network.
- Activities
- The Niabtikez work as a network of thieves, smugglers, and fences. Stolen goods are smuggled to other towns in the network and sold for profit. By controlling the available supply of goods, this crime syndicate manipulates the prices of many goods in these towns.
