In Waejir the graffiti in the cities has reached a level of sophistication allowing double meanings and veiled information to be shared inside the usual gossip channels. A verbal form of this has yet to fully manifest. A rumour about some supposed social gaff might include hidden content about a serious crime for example.

The number of citizens proficient in this double speak is limited, and mostly exclusive to the nobility.
