- Description
- So named for the beak and tongue structure of the flowers of this low woody herb. The firm red berries of this plant are found in clusters of three after the flowers have passed. The leaves of this shrub are oval with a point with a smooth margin, and branching veination on the underside. The trees bark is smooth and grey with white ticking.
