- Tabi S'afir was the first female to join the High Council. She took the leadership of the S'afir family in 279 YG, at the age of 37 sols. During her time on the council, Tabi was all but accused of orchestrating a rise in piracy affecting the shipping route used by her competitors. The Ronth clan claimed to have had irrefutable proof of her guilt, however pirates attacked and sank their envoy's ship and escort before they could deliver the evidence to the council.
