Appearance

Balujöna is a short man, with a lean muscular physique, and quite handsome by Kythan standards. He has grey eyes, blond hair worn shoulder length, and a modest beard, which covers a large birthmark under his chin.

He dresses in the leathers, tunic, and the spruce green cloak of an Arögoth hyVykrupelabüsna. When needed he will wear chain mail armour, and the signature plumed helm of his order.

Personality

Despite his short stature, Balujöna joined the Rangers because he feels a strong desire to be a protector. He is an excellent scout with a good memory for details, and shows tact and prudence in his decisions.

A particularly bad encounter with Pëlöryk, who butchered the men of his patrol, has given him nightmares for the past few years. He feels shame in having not fallen in combat alongside his brethren, but knows that he did the right thing in returning to inform his commander of the pack of Pëlöryk raiders. Balujöna looks forward to the day he can return such savagery upon the Pëlöryk.

History

Balujöna trained under his father who was also a Vykrupelabus, and joined the brotherhood once he was able. He proved to be a good scout and woodsman, and was posted to the ranger group out of Osk Keep.

It was during one of his earliest outings that the patrol he was with was ambushed and slain. The sole survivor, shaken badly by the experience, Balujöna returned to his camp and reported the encounter. His brothers sought out the pack responsible, but were unsuccessful in finding the larger pëlöryk band. Balujöna still has nightmares from what he witnessed.
