About
- Nicknamed the City of Sails, Li Onas is the provincial capitol of Onas Heim, an island of the Isk Archipelago, and a province of Iskander. It is the third largest city and one of the busiest ports in all of Iskander.

- The city is the seat of Karien Khuri of House Ornyth, the only female Khurian currently in power.
History
- While under the rule of Karien Khuri, Li Onas has grown from a small town with good harbour to a city with a port comparable to foreign capitols. This success is due to the Khurain's policies toward foreign and domestic trade; Li Onas has lower than average duty taxes on imports and exports, which when combined with an ideal natural harbour make it a desirable location for the shipping trade.
