- Ulan is a genial and wise man. He is very knowledgeable about the husbandry of teica, and is somewhat of the local expert on several other livestock species as well. Generally easy to get along with, he gives most people a chance to prove themselves before passing judgement. However, he can become obstinate when he feels personally slighted.
