It is neither unhappy nor angry with its captive state, but understands that it lacks freedom, and given the chance to escape and return to the spiritual plane it would do so without much hesitation.

- Water Beneath Sand is an enslaved water elemental held by the Blue Cloaks under their chantry in the ruined city of Apeigadun. The current Master of the Well, Propios, holds it in captivity, and forces it to supply water for the chantry and other denizens of the city.
