Description: A cane plant which shows tacti-tropic growth, as the otherwise straight stems coil around other plants and each other when they make contact.

Medicinal: The root of this cane is an excellent antipyretic. The leaves of the cane make a disinfectant wash, and the pulp of the stem has sedative properties.
