About

Skindancers are shamanic practitioners, who can adopt the form of certain animals through ritual magics, involving specially enchanted pelts or hides called Godskins. Due to the nature of shape-changing, such transformed individuals may be considered the same as Therianthropes, but there are some notable differences between the two types.

Appearance

In treahni form these individuals appear as normal individuals of their ethnicity and culture. They show no outward signs of their ability, but may bear scars and injuries sustained while in their alternate form.
The alternate forms of these individuals are most often similar in size to the shaman. They will bear any scars or injuries which are present on their original body, such as missing eyes, birthmarks, or even tattoos.
