- Kaithuradur is one of the original Seven Cities of Waejir and is named after the Waejiran god of commerce and trade, Kaithur. Located at a key junction of two major rivers, and along the imperial road which runs the length of Western Waejir.

- The original city grew from several smaller settlements which took advantage of the local floodplains to grow abundant cereal crops. The surplus of such farming is shipped to other cities and towns of the empire. Exceptional deposits of fine clay are located a short distance downriver from the fork. This resource is key to a bustling pottery trade, for which the city is famous. Kaithuradur was one of the Seven cities of Waejir, and was annexed into the empire proper in 3 WR.
