History
Sand Paintings
Frerus Waejirus makes very large and detailed sand paintings, temporary works of beauty, that depict events from prescient visions he claims to have at random times. These paintings are studied at length by many priests and priestesses of the various temples, for their potential prophetic content. A recent example of his work depicted a great battle field covered in the corpses of treahni and other beings that defy description. Standing over the carnage on a high hill is a lone soldier in grime and blood spattered armour holding a golden sword aloft in salute/victory, with a ragged flapping banner depicting a triangular prism in the primary colours (red, blue and yellow). Giant silver birds rise up behind the figure, silhouetted by an orange sun about to set or rise.
