- The Celvan flows westward from the Darlom Mountains to the Merelean Sea The river forms the border between the provinces of Karelëa to the North, and Estëva to the South.
Settlements
There are three significant settlements along the course of the Celvan. In the order from head waters to the river's terminus, these are:
- Tuln - A lakeside town located at the headwaters of the Celvan, on a lake of the same name.
- Kemp Hyläböm - A freetown located on a great bluff of the same name roughly midway along the river's course.
- Mojres - The capitol of Kythus located at the mouth of the Celvan where it meets the Merelean Sea
Features
- Lake Tuln - A freshwater lake formed in the foothills of the Darlom Mountains, which demarcates the headwaters of the Celvan.
- Kemp Hyläböm - A great bluff over which the Celvan falls at the location of the town bearing the same name.
