History

Established in 236 WR, the house of Tears came to prominence as a chantry due to their isolated location providing a certain degree of protection form persecution. The abandoned palace of the former High Noble Prince was cleared of the brigands calling it home, and restored in part to serve the needs of the order.
The Well
A closely guarded secret of the Blue Cloaks is the source of the water they dole out to the denizens of Apeigadun who trade service, or coin for a ration of the necessity. Underneath the palace, in a deep pool is "water beneath sand", an enslaved water elemental. The creature is dominated by the order and, because it is surrounded by desert, unable to escape its prison.
