About
- A pair of large ceremonial knives belonging to the church of the Twinned Goddess. They were allegedly forged from the armour of a fallen angel, or meteoric iron, depending on one's belief in the metaphysical. However, their true origins have been lost to antiquity.
- In the early days of the church of Ryla, they were used exclusively in the execution of heretics and unbelievers.
Appearance
- The Angel's Remiges are a pair of serrated long knives crafted to resemble the feathers from some great wing tip.
Powers
- Despite their age of many centuries, their edges remain sharp and their metal bright and untarnished.
- It it believed that they channel divine power, which manifests in the following manner:
- They will not cut the flesh of a true innocent.
- They bless the soul of a person whom dies by either blade, removing the stain of sin and thus allowing them to be redeemed through death.
- They will glow with a bright blue light in the presence of demons or demonic magics. This varies with distance and strength of the stimulus.
Location
- These blades are kept in the vaults of the church of Ryla, at the holy seat of Lisan-Penar, Tabras.
