- The town hall of Kemp Hyläböm is one of the oldest buildings in the town proper. A former Inn repurposed to serve as a bureaucratic centre of the town.

- Town Council
- The town's council holds an open moot once a ten day to discus important matters. Resident's of the town may petition to have issues addressed by the council at these meetings.
- Archives
- The town council hall has a library which contains recorded history, census data, and other important town related information. Public may request access to this library for a modest fee.
