- Description
- A parasitic infestation in which a large number of tiny worms infest ones lungs. A victim of these parasites will suffer a shortness of breath and violent coughing bouts through the course of the affliction. Known cures involve inhaling noxious smoke and fumes. While the worms may be destroyed they will still leave their mark upon the afflicted individual whom will suffer a shortness of breath evermore.

- Moderate to severe depending on state of host's infestation.

- Mouth to mouth contact between host and non-host; Exposure to phlegm or sputum of host.
- Prevention
- Avoidance of contact with host.
Course
- Incubation
- Ten to fifteen days from exposure to first symptoms.
- Contagious
- Once a host begins showing obvious symptoms, they are contagious.
- Symptoms
- Shortness of breath, ragged breathing, coughing, bloody sputum, choking, weakness, lethargy, disrupted sleep.
Treatment
- Cureability
- Cures are difficult, and almost always leave the host with breathing complications post infestation.
- General
- Forced expulsion through clapping the back, and induced coughing.
- Medicinal
- Expectorants; Inhalation of smoke from burning appropriate medicinal herbs; Steam baths.
