Settlements
There are three significant settlements along the course of the Celvan. In the order from head waters to the river's terminus, these are:
- Tuln - A lakeside town located at the headwaters of the Celvan, on a lake of the same name.
- Kemp Hyläböm - A freetown located on a great bluff of the same name roughly mid way along the river's course.
- Mojres - The capitol of Kythus located at the mouth of the Celvan where it meets the Merelëan Sea
