History: Torgan began life as the son of a Drolac Ice Cutter in the town of White Wall. Torgan's affinity for magic was awakened during a prolonged illness during his early years. Showing talent for psychic abilities caught the attention of Ral Denmar, a sorcerer in Fahdel's landing, and the lad was offered a chance to become an apprentice. Such talent is rare amongst the Drolac, so Torgan was treated as a curiosity by the chantry, at least until the strength of his talents became apparent and he was considered equal to his Treahni peers.

Sorcery: Torgan studied under the previous master of water for the Riverfolk and when the older sorcerer died he inherited his library, wealth and knowledge. He was granted the title of master in 396 YG. Torgan has a primary affinity for the element of water, with secondary talents in earth and artiface.
