Personality
- Rigar is a man of great faith. He believes that the Goddess does not agree with the ongoing oppression of his people by the Iskandeans, and acts accordingly. He has a clam heart though, and wishes to keep the transition peaceful for all involved. He is generally soft spoken, and shares his advice and opinions with anyone willing to ask for it. He encourages peaceful political change rather than violence and rebellion.
