- Pälüküva is the wife of Prutyna, the villages miller. She operates a bakery attached to Hom Mill, where she sells a variety of breads and other baked goods. Pälüküva has three surviving adult children; two sons whom work in the mill with their father as journeymen millers, and a daughter whom has been married to a local farmer and yeoman.
