Rigar is a stout man, with green eyes and long blonde hair kept back in a triple braid. He walks with a limp in his right leg.

Personality

Rigar is a man of great faith. He believes that the Goddess does not agree with the ongoing oppression of his people by the Iskandeans, and acts accordingly. He has a calm heart though and wishes to keep the transition peaceful for all involved. He is generally soft spoken, and shares his advice and opinions with anyone willing to ask for it. He encourages peaceful political change rather than violence and rebellion.

History

Rigar is a freeman priest in Iskander. He still holds to some of the old faith of his people, despite being an ordained priest in the church of Peolu. He leads a dual life as the priest for his village and a restorationist fighting to preserve his peoples history and culture. Rigar is caught between two worlds - the Iskandean culture he was born into, and the culture of his ancestors which is endangered by the former. He desires a return to the Domic way of life for his people, and guides the people of his village towards a co-existence with the Iskandeans.
