Home: Ban Hiem, Iskander
History: Tenth Khur of Iskander (248 -- 255 YG), and first of House Lochie. Borin’s rise to power was controversial as he was the only khur to be chosen from amongst the sheppaks, instead of from within the ranks of the khurian. This unorthodox selection was made to settle a civil war which was all but destroying Ban Hiem.
