- Qelo was the daughter of a local fisherman, and lives with her older brother. She Never married, but did have a son born out of wedlock, who is presently a sailor on a local ship. When her brother retired from the sea, she became the cook in his small tavern, The Darkling. While she doesn't approve of the illicit activities happening at the tavern, she does understand that without them she and her brother would likely be destitute.
