About

Allegedly crafted in 241 YG by the master sorcerer, Tormil Watol-nebe the Golden Basin was held at The Eyrie, until it disappeared during transit when on loan to Whiterock. Efforts to recover the artifact, or discover its fate were unsuccessful, and the object was believed to have been lost forever. That was until it resurfaced in 373 YG at market in the Kythan village of Saf. The Basin was purchased for a large sum, and added to the treasures of the Badhëskü Pätelöve, where it resided until quite recently. It again disappeared in transit when a courier for the most recent chantry was attacked and presumed killed whilst travelling between the Kythan towns of Tuln and Kemp Hyläböm

Appearance

The Golden Basin is a large flat bottomed bowl measuring 60 centimetres in diameter, with a wide flat brim. It is crafted from a single sheet of pure gold, and has a series of arcane symbols engraved along its outer rim. despite its size and soft material it is remarkedly free of dents or scratches, keeping a smooth polished surface, inside and out.

Powers

As an enchanted object, the basin is impervious to mundane damage.
The basin is a sorcerous focus augmenting spirit magics.
In addition the basin permits one attuned to its magics to extend their perceptions as per the psionic talent of Clairvoyance.

Location

The current whereabout of the Golden Basin are unknown to all but the current possessor, Gahvur, shaman of the Splintered Arrow Pëlöryk Band.
