- The Fairview is an inn which sees a high demand, and thus raises its prices, during the annual fair in late summer. During the other seasons they charge lower prices. The inn is named for the upper floor balconies providing a birds eye view of the Fairfield Common.

- The Fairview is located at the western edge of the village adjacent to the Fairfield Common.

- The Inn provides rooms to let, and meals for staying guests. It has capacity for guests in six 2-3 bed rooms, and a dormitory space for another dozen guests in a single hall.

- During the annual fair, the inn provides additional meals in an outdoor tent for festival goers.
