- The Dancers of the Endless Dream are a faction within the temple of Balfagor who practice a ecstatic form of worship wherein they dance to the point of exhaustion under the influence of hallucinogens then collapse into a deep sleep in efforts to reach further mysteries of the universe.
History
- Founding
- Dream chasers began as individual practitioners of dance as a means of worship. There is no organised hierarchy within the faction beyond their church rank.
- History
- The Dancers of the Endless Dream are seen as somewhat overly zealous and perhaps extremist in their self-guided manner if worship. However, as they do not spout heretical views and do not bring harm to anyone other than perhaps themselves, they are tolerated within the faith as eccentric spectacles. This faction is most active during the Festival of the Moons, at which time they actively encourage participation from any and all they can convince to join them in their dances. The individual styles and manner of dance are as varied as the dancers themselves.
