- The Fairview is an inn which sees a high demand, and thus raises it's prices, during the annual fair in late summer. During the other seasons they charge lower prices. The inn is named for the upper floor balconies providing a birds eye view of the Fairfield Common.

- The Fairview is located at the western edge of the village adjacent to the Fairfield Common.
