History

This river is a key transportation link between the Eastern and Western empire as well as a source of fresh water for many towns and cities. The river is named for the bounty of fish pulled from its waters and food grown on its floodplains, as well as resources such as clay cut from it's banks, or metals and gems mined in the hills of its headwaters.
