History
The second born son of a Sildaryn woman named Samala, Tanpala became a ranger after his mother's death during a Jageryn raid at the Stone Cleft Camp. At the age of only 12, he joined the other warriors af his hinta in tracking down and eliminating the Jageryn responsible. His bravery and desire to protect his family and community was noted, and the other rangers began training him in earnest. His older brother, Leumir, followed in his footsteps a few years later.
