Description

Common Names
Sun Nettle
Classification
Herbaceous

This uncommon plant is found in open spaces. A very hot burning sensation is caused by skin contact with this nettle. Large blistering rashes that progress and feel much like bad sunburns will develop on exposed skin. The root of this plant is an excellent pectoral medicine, helping relieve congestion and suppressing coughs of all sorts.
