Appearance
Neispzeist is a barrel chested man with a fair complexion, despite his years at sea. He has light brown hair tied back in a single tail or braid, and wears a full beard with pride. His eyes are a deep drown, and his nose is best described as bulbous. He dresses appropriately for his rank, in loose fitting sailor's pants, a loose fitting shirt, and vest, with a wide colourful sash, and a wide brimmed plumed hat. He is regularly armed with a scimitar, and he wears a silver and copper double crescent on a silver chain about his neck.

Personality

Neispzeist is a curious man, he believes there is much hidden truth in the stories people tell. That unknowingly people can catch glimpses of the workings of the universe, and discount them as happenstance. While he is a strong believer of the Goddess, he does see the natural order of things in his experience. Friendly and outgoing, he is quick to reward excellence, but has a sarcastic side which bestows ridicule upon the inept. Generally he is well liked by his crew, and most of those he meets when ashore.
