- A medium to soft kernels cereal crop cultivated throughout Anexea. The plants produce two to three heads of 10-15 kernels of a soft brown skinned grain. This is often used as a thickener in soups, stews or as porridge during colder months. The grain is a favourite food for livestock, and makes excellent travel cakes.
